What exactly needs to be done: Independently gather a "hot" database (monitor OLX.pl, Pracuj.pl websites and find companies that are currently looking for any builders). Make calls, bypass secretaries, and reach decision-makers directly. Conduct a short dialogue using our script: identify the need (who they currently need on the construction site) and offer to fill it with our candidates on a payment-upon-fact basis. Record "warm" leads (company name, director's name, contact, who specifically they need) in a table and pass it to us. Candidate requirements: Ideal spoken Polish language (correct speech, absence of a pronounced accent — this is critically important for communication with Polish directors). Fluent Russian language (for communication and reporting). Self-confidence, drive, and understanding of the specifics of cold calling in B2B. Working and payment conditions: Fully remote format, calls during Polish office working hours. Payment for results: we pay a fixed bonus for each targeted lead provided (an interested employer ready to hire our people). No earning ceiling. It is important to work carefully, without aggressive spam and without using dubious methods that may lead to blocks (we will discuss). It is important to carefully adhere to the provided selection criteria and find only relevant contacts. The result of the work should be a structured database with current email addresses of scientists that correspond to the specified specialties, along with a reference to the source where the contact was found.
