Несмотря на критику, я как раз делаю такое. У меня частично используется библиотека из джумлы, шаблонизатор smarty (возможно и twig, но пока так). Сейчас готов блог (есть заказ на лендинг с формой связи). Доделываю магазин (есть заказ). Присутствует мультиязычность, секретный вход в админчасть, базовые модули, адаптивность под мобильные. Добавлю защиту от хакерских атак (делал для опенкарт). Можно обсудить в ЛС (закину на тестовый хостинг лендинг и магазин).
