Software is needed to generate videos from audio and images with the following principle:
In the AUDIO folder, there are audio files numbered as follows:
1 (1)
1 (2)
1 (3)
..... and so on
In the Images folder, there are pictures numbered as follows:
1 (1)
1 (2)
1 (3)
..... and so on
The video assembly should follow this principle: the image numbering is linked to the audio numbering (images are made to match the meaning of the audio).
While audio 1 (1) plays, image 1 (1) should be displayed throughout the entire audio. The same applies to audio 1 (2) with image 1 (2), and so on.
Batch processing should be possible, with the ability to set up 10-40 such templates and generate 10-40 videos.
We will have an IN folder containing subfolders named after topics, and each topic folder will contain AUDIO and IMAGE folders. The video name will correspond to the folder name by topic; if desired, you can suggest another approach.
The software should utilize the maximum power of the PC, with the option to use the graphics card if available. I have a 4060.
Simple transitions between images are needed; if an image is smaller, it should be stretched (but this is just in case, images are generated according to size).
