Моя проблема : 

My problem is an incorrect quilt pattern on the top pillow. 

When selecting a mattress at store Mattress Firm (701 NJ-440, Jersey City, NJ 07304) , I specifically noticed the softness of the pillow top layer, which was due to the tufting points being spaced 12 inches apart. This spacing between the points made the top layer especially soft, and was a key factor in my decision to make the purchase.

However, the mattress delivered to my home has the tufting points spaced only 6 inches apart, which significantly differs from the showroom model and results in a firmer mattress than expected. This discrepancy in characteristics not only affects the comfort of use but also raises concerns about the accuracy of my purchase.

I kindly request that you exchange this mattress for one that matches the characteristics of the showroom model presented in your store, or provide another satisfactory solution to this issue.
