Под какие задачи нужна модель? 3Д печать, Игровая модель, или модель для рендера ( картинок). Что с мехом? Должен быть стилизован (упрощён) или выглядеть как настоящий мех?

Здравствуйте, полностью согласен с предыдущим комментарием, для того чтобы сформировать адекватную цену и сроки за задачу нужно понимать, где вы эту модель будете использовать. Если это мега реалистичная модель с шерстью как у Pixar и на таком же уровне исполнения, что похоже на тот референс что вы добавили, это будет одна цена и сроки потом еще не каждый хороший 3д художник за такое возьмется. Если вы хотите модель как у топовой студии. Но такая модель уже не годится для 3д печати, если вам нужна модель для 3д печати там уже другие требования, шерстинки будут стилизоваться и упрощаться ибо по другому они просто не пропечатаются. Если вам нужна просто модель под анимацию, то тут большое значение и имеет оптимизация полигонов, для того чтобы модель быстро рендерилась и корректно двигалась после риггинга, об оптимизации нужно сразу думать, если конечно не планируете это все рендерить на рендер ферме студии Диснея. Из вашего задания не совсем очевидно куда именно вам нужна эта 3д модель.
