Краткий список требуемых возможностей:
- Группы пользователей: Администратор, оператор
Администратор имеет возможность добавлять операторов, присваивать им анкеты для работы в чатах
Оператор входит под своим паролем и видит присвоенные ему анкеты.
Страница Чаты, где оператор имеет возможность общаться в чате от имени этой анкеты.
Это наброски. Есть пример данного функционала. Покажу в ЛС.
