    Вопрос - насколько качественным должен быть чат бот?


    Сделать сквозную адресацию между веб-мордой и теоеграм-ботом не проблева вообще. Будут вопросы как удобнее разбивать на клиентов и как отвечать (на кажлое сообшение отдельно или сессионно) но в целом все типово


    Вопросов всего несколько 

    Со стороны телеграма:

    • Бот прибивается гвоздями к "менеджеру" и тд или нужно гибкая настройка ролей

    Со стороны веба:

    • Необходимо сделать только алгоритмическую часть, которая отвечает за обмен (а верстка и натяжка уже ваша) или кроме самого алгоритма работы нужно будет еше верстать/натчгивать сам чат?
