До WhatsApp Business API, за допомогою якого зокрема створюються боти, прямий доступ мають лише 90 великих компаній типу Uber чи KLM. Є платні сервіси, які дозволяють через них створювати ботів, в деяких оплата йде за кожне відправлене та отримане ботом повідомлення (типу $0.01 за повідомлення). Вам таке підходить?
І ще - ви не могли б дати посилання на якогось WhatsApp-бота, яким колись користувалися? Я шукала приклади ботів, і нічого не змогла знайти.
