1. The code was written without considering scalability and optimization. A large amount of duplicate code complicates maintenance and expansion.
2. The solutions used are ineffective and do not meet modern development standards. For example, there is no modular structure, the code is not organized into functions or classes, and the logic is scattered throughout the project.
3. There is no documentation or comments in the project, making understanding and modifying the code practically impossible.
4. The requested functions are implemented superficially and do not meet the stated requirements. Many of them have errors or do not work at all.
Moreover, the contractor did not show initiative in correcting the mentioned problems and clearly did not strive to complete the project at a decent level.
