Create an exact digital copy of the existing PDF form (3 pages) in OneNote so that several people can fill out the form daily on an internal server (without internet access). A blank ("clean") page (with all history preserved) should be created for each new working day.
What is needed
Template page in OneNote
Visually matches the PDF (two pages on A4).
All fields are clickable: text, checkboxes, dropdown lists (L/M/H, etc. Yes or N/A). Dept: Deck, ENG, ELC, Bridge, Cargo, Store, Admin.
Automatic creation of a "clean" page
Button or macro New DWP:
copies the template,
sets today's date in the title (DD-MM-YYYY),
