I am ready to take on the project. Architectural visualization is my main specialization (8 years, 3ds Max + Corona Renderer), and 360° panoramas are a standard part of my pipeline.
Here’s how the work will be structured:

Modeling/adapting the villa based on your materials (model, plans, photos).
Photorealistic 360° panoramas of each room and exterior — rendered in 8K, so the image remains clear in VR glasses.
Assembly of an interactive tour with transitions between rooms (hotspots), navigation through the plan, and support for Meta Quest — the tour opens in the browser of the glasses or through an app, without the need to install additional software.

You will receive a link to the finished tour, which can be embedded on a website, sent to clients, or viewed in VR.
