Мы работаем недавно на сервисе и у нас много закрытых заказов и положительных отзывов.
К сожалению у нас в структуре организация есть руководитель, который дает задачи и утверждает их
Кроме этого параллельно мы занимаемся другими бизнес вопросами, наш руководитель часто в командировках и в дороге, так и я, которая в основном на встречах или работаю с другими работниками
Все вопросы по оплате я направляю отдельному человеку, поэтому не в рабочее время не получается оплатить тестовое задание или проделанную работу.
Мы сейчас часто выкладываем несколько похожих проектов, потому что ищем человека с которым сможем работать на длительный срок, это человек, который чувствует стилистику бренда.
Часто на сервисе сталкиваемся с некачественно выполненной работой и иногда внесение правок не помогает, поэтому решили давать тестовое задание.
Тестовое мы даем на добровольной основе и всегда предупреждаем об условиях оплаты в тз.
Тестовые задания мы не используем, не храним, а также не коллекционируем для собственного удовольствия.
На сервисе уже успели найти копирайтера, с которым мы работаем и будем в дальнейшем работать и нескольких людей которые качественно монтируют видеоролики
Дизайнера сейчас ищем тщательно, так как есть еще около 20 постов по 10 картинок для оформления и для нас важно, чтобы человек делал качественно, стильно и работал на результат.
К сожалению, не все готовы выкладываться на полную и делать работу качественно, поэтому по инициативе самих дизайнеров возникавшей ранее, мы ввели тестовое задание.
