Создать (доработать) 3d модель боксёрской груши

Нужно добавить тесьму на готовую 3д модель, либо создать модель с нуля. Модель в будущем будет использоваться для визуализации.
Имеется 3д модель боксёрской груши (смотри в прикрепленных файлах)
В целом она подходит. Требуется добавить тесьму вокруг (по диаметру груши), и сделать крепления из тесьмы (смотри на рисунке).
Швы так же должны быть (на самой тесьме). Шов вдоль груши НЕ ТРЕБУЕТСЯ. В какой программе будете делать - не принципиально, главное что бы была возможность экспортировать в какой то общий формат (obj, parasolid, fbx, 3dmax и другие)
