Тут просто хотят креативный подход, удобный сайт интернет магазин за 2000 гривен). И потом стандартная ситуация - сделают сайт у студента, сайт будет глючить, вылетать, тормозить, и заказчики потом будут бегать по фрилансханту и выдавать бабки на доработки. А потом посчитают и получиться сумма в 25-30 тис. грн.

У вас такое первый раз что-ли? )
У меня за месяц 2-3 таких, которые пишут, что им сделают чуть ли не за бутылку пива и пачку чипсов, а потом пишут, что магазин открывается 1 раз из 3-х, модуль оплаты не работает или оплата уходит не на счет владельца магазина и т.д.
Открываю админку, а там шаблон 2-х или 3-х летней давности с форума на версии 2.1 или еще древнее. Ни одного покупного модуля - все с форумов старое, ломанное. И пишу заказчику, что исправить нынешнее будет стоить минимум в 2 раза дороже, чем снести все к чертям собачьим и изначально сделать на покупном шаблоне с покупными модулями как надо.

Ладно мы это понимаем. Но о чем думает заказчик?
Что за 3к грн. ему сделают крутой сайт со всем функционалом, оптимизацией и высокой конверсией, а после страницы чудом запрынут в топы гугла и он попадет в Форбс?=)))

Лет 5 назад я бы еще что-то доказывал, пытался уберечь заказчика от ошибок, а сейчас я могу только посоветовать, что так не получится, а это будет хрень. Кто-то прислушивается и не жалеет, а кто-то просто хочет испытать удачу, типа, а вдруг мне повезет - вот таких учат кидалы и новички на фрилансах.
Второй проект уже будет более осознанный и с нормальным бюджетом.

Но стоит учесть еще процент заказчиков, которые ищут топовые канторы, отваливают им бабки, те в свою очередь находят фрилансеров, готовых работать за такие деньги как здесь и компахи нормально нагреваются))

И в итоге получают туже шляпу, дороже в 10 раз))

Есть еще интереснее конторы. К примеру, я делаю магазин самый простенький с минимальным функционалом за 200-300 баксов, а контора предлагает это же за 100-150 баксов. Мне посредник оплачивает мою сумму, доступы я отдаю не заказчику, а посреднику, поскольку заказчик решил работать через посредника. А посредник присаживает пару-тройку глюков, иногда троянчика маленького. И потом на доработках-переработках и доустановках модулей, исправления косяков, которые созданы искусственно - магазин заказчику выходит уже больше 1000 баксов. Самые наглые конторы кодируют код страниц, чтоб заказчик даже не думал уйти от них и найти на фрилансе нового исполнителя.
И вот так доить контора может всю жизнь магазина.
У меня были заказчики, которым делали магазины студии и требовали за смену номера телефона в шапке 100 баксов) А там дел на 2 минуты.
Я за 11 лет создания магазинов насмотрелся на очень много красивых и наглых разводок.

Ну я считаю нормальный магаз по дизайну под ключ со всем фаршем и должен стоить от 1000$, но это должно быть оправдано.
А посредники это еще те пи.... ребята, их трудная, пыльная работа: переслать ТЗ и 2 фидбэка, в итоге бывает что берут себе больше исполнителя, который ломал голову над проектом который по сути в итоге должен иметь вид на х2
Еще и зовут себя "Менеджеры проектов", а на самом деле "Нахлебники" без стыда и совести.
