Для вас это будет выглядеть как Google Таблица в которой вы сможете менять свойства товара и добавлять новые, YML файл генерируется автоматически, вам нужно будет просто один раз прислать ссылку на файл вашему менеджеру.
    Некоторые ваши изменения в таблице (цена и наличие) будут автоматически отображаться на Розетке, для других (описания, характеристики, новые позиции) вам прийдется связаться с менеджером и уведомить об изменениях.

    Преобразую Ваш прайс и научу как добавлять в будущем.
