It is necessary to create a website with 3 types of internal admin panels.
There will be three types of users on the site who will add documents to their accounts.
These documents will be gradually copied and sent to other types of users for approval.
Example:
1. The user "client" adds a document through a form on the site and places an order.
2. This order with documents is sent for approval to the 2nd user "administrator"
3. The administrator confirms the documents in their account and requests payment for them.
4. The documents with the payment request are sent to the client's account.
5. The client pays for them and sends them to the administrator.
6. The administrator delivers the order and this is shown in the "client's" account.

3.1. The administrator can request additional documents, then this notification is sent to the client and the client sends them to the "support" account.
3.2. Support issues an invoice for their services to the "client's" account.

1. What will the payment be? Is the payment online in the "Client" cabinet or just to a card with an attached payment receipt?
- The payment will not be on the website. This is just for example. That is, this functionality is not needed on the site.
2. What types of documents will be listed as PDF?
3. Where and who sets the payment amount that the Client must pay?
-Other accounts set it themselves and deal with this issue themselves; in the account, they must issue a document for the payment request or its confirmation.
4. What notifications will there be besides internal SMS, email, etc.?
-Only on the website side in accounts if a new order appears or some stage is incorrect.
5. As I understand, the Client may have not one but N number of documents?
-Yes, there can be N number of documents; they can change them, but the history of old and new documents must be preserved.
6. Should the sending be manual or automatic, for example, added a document and it was immediately sent to the admin, paid and the admin immediately received a notification, or must the Client necessarily check the document in the form and click the Send button?
-To confirm the payment or request, he must first add a document about this, and then he can send a confirmation of payment or its request. This document with the request or confirmation is automatically shown in another account.
7. Can notifications be to each other regarding a specific document or additionally a general chat?
-Documents are immediately copied to another account upon addition. They have a common chat.
8. I didn't understand about Support. Is this the administrator? The document is paid anyway; what are the additional services?
-This is a 3rd type of user who will be needed if there are not enough documents; he will create them.

-оплата будет не на стороне сайта. это для примера. т.е. на сайте этот функционал не нужен

-другие аккаунты сами выставляют ее и сами занимаються этим вопросом, в аккаунте они должны выставить документе о запросе оплаты либо о ее подтверждении.
4. Каки е уведомления будут кроме внутренних СМС, Почта и т.д.
-Только на стороне сайта в аккаунтах если новый заказ появился или какой то этап не правильный.
5. Документов как я понимаю у ЗАказчика может быть не один а N количество?
-Да, документов N количество, они могут их менять, но должна сохраняться история старых и новых документов.
6. Отправка должна быть ручная или автоматическая например добавил документ и сразу отправилось админу, оплатил и сразу админу пришщло уведомление или обязательно Заказчик должен в форме выставить документ галочкой и нажать кнопку Отправить.
-Что бы подтвердить оплату или запросить он олжен сначала добавить документ об этом, а потом сможет отправить подтверждение оплаты либо ее запрос. Этот документ с запросом либо подтверждением автоматически показывается в другом аккаунте.
7. Уведомление может быть друг другу как по какомуто конкретному документу или так же дополнительно общий чат?
-Документы при добавлении сразу копируються в другой аккаунт. Чат у них общий
8. Не понял по поводу Поддержки. Это администратор? Документ и так оплачивается, что за дополнительные услуги.
-Это 3-й тип пользователей который будет нужен если не хватает документов, он их будет создавать.
9. Сервисы чатов посоветовать или есть на примете? Обязательно сервисы использовать или можно использовать внутреннее решение?
