Create an accounting table for the service station in Google Sheets
There is a SERVICE STATION.
1) It is necessary to set up warehouse accounting. Incoming goods and outgoing goods.
When new goods arrive, I want to scan them using applications like Scan to Sheets. Scan the barcode of the product, and it will automatically be added to the warehouse balance. I also scan when goods leave the warehouse.
2) Repair work is being carried out. After the repair work, an invoice is issued. I want to be able to select which repair works were done in the table, pulling them from a separate sheet (price list), and also have the ability to include goods from the warehouse that were used.
3) A separate sheet where we would enter client data. And it should also have a user-friendly interface, especially if the client has visited before.
4) Later, create a button that will automatically generate an invoice in a PDF file from Excel. (Create a separate template in Google Docs and link it with Google Sheets).
I will attach an example of the table I tried to make; perhaps the technical task is not very clear, but it was written after a lot of wasted time trying to do it myself).
