Возьмем более актуальный расчет, используя асинхронность и не будем сначала собирать ссылки, а потом парсить, просто выставим очередь. Все равно получится часов 11-13 по опыту парсинга такого к -ва информации. Код написать это час. 800 грн. Учитывая отключения света и работу от генератора, то имеем 800 грн по топливу для него. Итого ваш проект в себестоимости при идеальных условиях, что не забанят, что не начнуться еще какие-то вещи происходить - это 1600 грн. Это по минимуму. Уж никак не 500

Вы считаете часы работы программы и приравниваете их к человеко-часам, что в корне неверно. Выше написано, что час на разработку парсера - по сути это все, что нужно.

Я не приравнивал ) я вам четсно озвучил человекочасы и добавил мои расходы. Могу 2 варианта предложить. За 800 даю код, вы ставите себе питон, любой ide и запускаете. Или за 1300 дам ехе файл, который вы запустите у себя и спарсите
