1. Hiring Specialists (Talent Acquisition) within the Project

1.1. Preparation and Posting of Job Vacancies

• Forming the candidate profile together with the project manager

• Developing and preparing job descriptions

• Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms

1.2. Active Candidate Search

• Searching for specialists through various channels:

  • job platforms

  • professional communities

  • candidate databases

• Using different sourcing approaches depending on the role and project requirements

1.3. Initial Screening

• Maintaining a candidate database within the project

• Recording candidate statuses at each stage of selection

1.4. Communication with Candidates

• Conducting initial phone interviews

• Organizing and conducting the first video interview

• Evaluating candidates based on the following criteria:

  • professional level

  • soft skills

  • motivation

  • fit with corporate culture

1.5. Test Assignments

• Preparing and sending test assignments

• Monitoring deadlines for completion

• Initial assessment of results

• Selecting candidates who successfully passed the testing

1.6. Submission of Final Candidates

• Preparing a brief summary for each candidate

• Submitting all candidates who passed the selection stages to the project manager

• Participating in discussions of the final decision if necessary

1.7. Preparation of Contracts

• Preparing drafts of contracts or assisting in the process of their execution

• Agreeing on the terms of cooperation within the project

2. Expertise and Methodology of Hiring (within Project Work)

• Having a strong theoretical foundation in HR and recruiting

• Understanding the concept of A-players and being able to explain:

  • who we consider an A-player

  • how to distinguish A, B, and C candidates

  • which criteria and questions to use for evaluation

• Ability to argue and explain hiring approaches

• Building and optimizing the recruitment funnel for a specific project

3. Additional Tasks (if needed within the project)

• Maintaining HR documentation related to the project

• Improving hiring and onboarding processes

• Participating in the formation and enhancement of the company's HR approaches
