Tasks:
* Set up the Meta App (Messenger + Instagram).
* Obtain permissions: pages_messaging, pages_manage_metadata, instagram_manage_messages.
* Connect webhooks for receiving and sending messages.
* Implement OAuth connection for users' business accounts.
Result:
The user clicks “Integration” → our system receives and sends messages via Messenger/Instagram.
