HR specialist in recruitment for the marketing field
A digital marketing agency (with over 3 years of experience) is looking for an HR specialist to join the team.
Our agency helps attract traffic to projects through TikTok and Instagram. We are actively developing and reaching a new level, so we are looking for a responsible and proactive specialist.
Responsibilities of the HR specialist:
-Preparation of texts for job vacancies;
-Searching and gathering resources for posting job vacancies;
-Creating accounts, publishing job vacancies, initial screening of candidates;
-Conducting interviews, explaining the essence of the vacancy and responsibilities;
-Communication with the manager for further coordination of work;
-Maintaining online records of candidates in Excel (tracking responsible, active employees who show results).

Work format:
-Fully remote work;
-Schedule: 5/2 or 7/0 (at the choice of the HR specialist);
-Payment — commission-based (for each hired employee) or, if desired, fixed.
Test period:
-Payment of 50 dollars per week, KPI — 10 employees.
Who needs to be hired:
-A wide audience is suitable — anyone who has a phone and can upload videos to Instagram.
-The main criteria are workability and responsibility.
