- почистить фиктивные номер
- присвоить нормально поля по базе, ФИО + номер телефона, пару сегментов с емейлами и другими данными
- Группировать их по сегментам, можете предлагать варианты
- настроить автоворонку, условно люди прошел - отправили смс, смотрим эффективность - для этого создать id по клиентам и возможность метками разделять разные рассылки и ссылки в них
Вообщем поставить на поток эффективную работу с базой
