Technical Task: VR Tour of the Sports Arena
Project Goal:
Create an interactive VR tour of the new sports arena (handball hall) with the ability to view in a web browser, on mobile devices, and in VR headsets. The tour should convey the complete experience of being in the hall, including details of the interior, branding, and lighting.
1. Deliverables
Drawings in DWG format (3rd floor of the Meat Terminal, "Shuvar" market, Lviv)
Photos or examples of real materials (floor covering — blue teraflex, stands, advertising banners, lighting)
Logos and branding elements of the "Halychanka" team
2. Requirements for the 3D Model
Create a detailed 3D model of the arena according to the drawings
Realistic materials and textures (covering, stands, walls, lighting)
Configured light sources for maximum realistic appearance
Ability to export in formats: FBX and GLB (for VR and web)
3. Creation of 360° Panoramas
Renders in spherical panorama format 6000×3000 px or larger
Minimum of 5–10 viewpoints:
Center of the field
Stands (multiple angles)
Entry/exit zones
VIP area (if available)
Photo corner 360×180°
4. Assembling the VR Tour
Assemble the VR tour based on the received panoramas in Kuula / RoundMe / Pano2VR / 3DVista
Add:
Interactive transitions between points
Information tips (zone names)
Logos and branding
Prepare link for online viewing and IFRAME code for embedding on the website
5. Final Package
Online version of the VR tour with access via link
GLB file for VR headsets (Meta Quest, Pico, etc.)
360° video version for YouTube/Facebook
High-resolution output panoramas
