The work involves dividing the model into two parts, and a structural element (hinge) needs to be added inside, which will ensure a reliable connection of these parts.
To increase the strength of the connection, the possibility of installing a metal part in the hinge structure can be considered.
The hinge must be designed for multiple openings and closings, while ensuring a constant connection of the parts at the bottom point.
The internal space of the model must be hollow, except for the outer walls. The wall thickness must be optimal to ensure the strength of the structure and meet the requirements of 3D printing.
The model must be prepared for 3D printing considering the following requirements: correcting possible topological errors, ensuring the waterproofness of the model, and optimizing for minimal support during printing.
The final file must be presented in one of the formats compatible with 3D printers (STL or OBJ).
