Мне нужен ваш совет со вчерашнего дня я никак не могу запустить сайт, вверху сайта пишется сообщение "Server error", мне сказала вчера тех поддержка timeweb купить дисковой квоты, я купила 3 гб, но ничего так и не изменилось. Я снова обратилась в службу техподдержки и они мне выслали письмо "Для диагностики ошибок сайта включите, пожалуйста, лог ошибок error_log в меню "Управление логами", затем снова обратитесь к странице сайта для вызова диагностируемой ошибки.
Файл error_log будет создан в директории сайта на одном уровне с public_html. Отображаемые в этом файле ошибки помогут установить причину проблемы." Я сделала все в точности как было написано в инструкции, но нужный файл error_log так НИГДЕ и не появился. Помогите мне пожалуйста решить эту проблему
