Statamic Website keyplayer.de: Repository setup and deployment

We are migrating our existing Statamic website from one hosting provider to another. The website repository has been transferred, but we need a Laravel/Statamic developer to set up proper workflows, configure deployment pipelines, and prepare the technical foundation for further development.

This is setup and configuration task — not current development. We will assign you the current development tasks once everything is deployed.

WHAT IS PROVIDED TO YOU:

Existing Statamic website keyplayer.de — Fully functional website built on Laravel/Statamic framework
Repository access — Complete codebase transferred to a new repository
New hosting environment — Server space at the hosting provider
Repository analysis — Technical analysis already completed, attached to the task
Access credentials — Access to repository and hosting will be provided
Current production website — Live site keyplayer.de for reference

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU:

1. Repository setup

• Configure proper branch structure development/staging/production
• Set up version control workflows for content and code
• Ensure proper tracking of all necessary files (including Statamic content files)

2. Deployment pipeline setup

• Configure automatic deployment from repository to the new hosting environment
• Set up correct environment configurations (.env files for different environments)
• Ensure proper deployment process working with Statamic content filesystem
• Test deployment pipeline with a small change

3. Development environment documentation

• Create a brief setup guide for new developers for local site launch
• Document the deployment process step-by-step
• Provide recommendations for workflow management of content and development

4. Technical handover

• Conduct a briefing on established workflows

RESULTS:

Working deployment pipeline — Functional automated deployment from repository to hosting
Documentation package — Setup instructions, deployment guide, and process documentation
Tested workflow — Demonstration of full cycle development → staging → production
Handover session — One-hour call to review setup and answer questions

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory experience with:

• Laravel framework
• Server templates (Blade, Twig, or similar)
• Git workflows and deployment automation
• CMS file concepts (experience with Statamic is preferred but not required)

Communication: Russian or English
