I am seeking a **streamlined, API-based scraping service** for sahibinden.com—specifically tailored to a filtered URL that I will provide. This service must be efficient, resilient against Cloudflare protections, and return clean JSON responses.

**Scope of Work:**

- Use the provided filtered URL (e.g., real estate or vehicles) as the input endpoint.

- Scrape both:

   • **Listing page**: title, URL, summary.

   • **Detail page**: user info, price, listing date, image URLs, and category tag (like "estate", "vehicle", or "other").

- Return well-structured **JSON output**.

**Key Technical Requirements:**

- Exposed as an **HTTP API service**—client makes an HTTP request with the URL and gets back JSON.

- Must be resilient to Cloudflare anti-bot measures, specifically handling 429 Too Many Requests errors gracefully.

- **Optional proxy support** (service may or may not use proxies depending on configuration).

- Must include captcha fallback or mitigation strategy (e.g., CAPTCHA-solving API or soft error handling).

- Solid session management (cookies, headers, etc.), rate limiting, exponential backoff, retry logic, and logging.

**Deliverables:**
