And a small request not to delay the introduction to the video and start getting to the point as soon as possible.

2 - Habits to get rid of
Here it's simple, you need an introduction + gradually talk about habits. I'll suggest ideas for habits, you can choose the ones that suit you best. At the end of each section, you can briefly give 1-2 tips on what to do about it.
1 - Lack of sleep schedule
2 - Spending money on unnecessary things - this must be mentioned, as there will be integration with PrivatBank)
3 - Using the phone before bed.
4 - Skipping meals
5 - Constantly checking social media. Offer a different approach. Plan the time when we are on it. Allocate 3 slots a day for 15-30 minutes. And don't use it at other times.
6 - Procrastinating small tasks. Like washing dishes, taking out the trash, etc. And mention the 2-minute rule, that anything that can be done in 2 minutes should be done as soon as we think of it.
7 - Being late. Mention that it's disrespectful to others.
8 - Not resting. We are always in a rush, trying to do everything, forgetting about ourselves, la la la. We need to rest.
9 - Eating at night or less than 3 hours before bed.
10 - Belittling others' achievements.
11 - Not celebrating your own victories.
12 - Adding sugar to tea/coffee.
These are the basics, if you have your own ideas, you can add them. The duration can be 15-20 minutes, as it turns out. I added an extra 500 UAH to the cost to be fair.
