Creating an illustration

This is a metaphorical map of cultural roots, highlighting key cities and associated symbols. Visually, it should be perceived as an illustrative map with symbols, where the central images are large, expressive, and clearly readable. The geographical part is more general and stylized. The goal is to capture Northern Europe, Ukraine, and the Middle East.
The picture will be used for printing on a puzzle measuring 30x40 cm. (Only the illustration needs to be created, layout is not required)
Key points and symbols:
Vinnytsia — stylized tree with deep roots (metaphor for origin of a person)
Kiev — building with a window emitting green light (metaphor for foundation)
Israel — sun and waves (metaphor for warmth, dynamics)
Sweden — iceberg (metaphor for structure, calmness, cold reason)
Center of the map — Mickey figure in a leadership pose or the "M" symbol, as a metaphor for the personality that unites all these parts
