Creation of a 3D cylinder layout for a constructor made of plywood/MDF

It is necessary to create a 3D constructor from MDF 3-4mm for a pneumatic cylinder.

Design of the layout, development of assembly diagrams (instructions), 3D visualization, and adjustment for laser cutting are required.

The product is not for mass use and will be used as souvenir products.

From my side, I provide:

1. Overall appearance - a photo of what needs to be assembled.

2. 3D model in step format for the size type 30/100.

3. A "live" sample can be provided for the performer.

Technical task:

This technical task applies to the development and creation of a 3D constructor from MDF 3-4mm. The finished constructor will be used for marketing purposes for gifts and promoting the main products in the market.
Main technical requirements
The constructor must be easy to assemble and disassemble by people over 13 years old. The overall appearance is presented in the photo. Drawings and 3D in *.step format are attached to the technical task.
Specification:
1. Diameter of the inner piston 32mm
2. Stroke of the cylinder 100mm
Requirements for the constructor: - The rod must move freely back and forth inside the cylinder sleeve for the entire stroke of the cylinder - The cylinder caps must have threaded ports 1/8 (as in the photo) - All other details will be clarified additionally in correspondence* Delivery and guarantees

Необхідно створити 3D конструктор з МДФ 3-4мм для циліндру пневматичного.

Потрібно проектування макета, розробка схем складання (інструкція), 3д візуалізація та підгонка під різання лазерним станком.

Продукт не для масового використання і буде використаний, як сувенірна продукція.

Від себе надаю:

1. Загальний вигляд - фото того, що треба буде збирати.

2. 3D модель у step для типорозміру 30/100.

3. Можна надати "живий" зразок для виконавця.

Технічне завдання:

Дане технічне завдання розповсюджується на розробку та створення 3D конструктору з МДФ 3-4мм. Готовий конструктор буде використаний у маркетингових цілях для подарунків та просування основної продукції на ринку.

Конструктор має легко збиратися і розбиратися людьми з віком більше 13 років. Загальний вигляд представлений на фото. Креслення та 3D у форматі *.step прикладені до ТЗ.
