107 USD Good day! I am looking for a person who can convert drawings in *dxf format into cutting programs for a CNC milling machine in *tap format with some conditions. In total, within this terms of reference, there are about 50 drawings (I will send them in personal messages). However, we are looking for a person on a permanent basis, as such drawings appear quite often. I will send examples of our cutting programs in *tap format in personal messages, as many parameters need to be copied from them. Everything is cut from plywood or MDF sized 500x500mm in the following way: a platform is placed and secured on the machine table, on which the aforementioned plywood or MDF parts sized 500x500mm are fixed. Usually, we cut plywood parts with a thickness of 3 mm stacked 5 pieces on top of each other. The total thickness of the stacked plywood is 15mm. They should be cut through. That is, we do not make reliefs, only holes. Our drill radius is 3.75 mm. The cutting speed, platform coordinates, and other cutting parameters will need to be checked and copied from the examples that I will send in personal messages. Initially, it will be necessary to create 3-5 cutting programs (from different folders, i.e., different types), after which we will run it on our machine, and if everything is okay, we will create the rest of the cutting programs with you.
The program for the machine is "NC studio". We created cutting programs in "Artcam"
