Task Description:
We are looking for a female reel maker / content creator in Kyiv for regular shoots with a beginner blogger.
We need to shoot vertical content for Instagram Reels / TikTok / Shorts several times a month. The shoots will take place in Kyiv: outdoors, in studios, cafes, beautiful locations, and other places as needed.
We will have ready references and an understanding of what content needs to be shot. Your task is not just to replicate the reference but to shoot it qualitatively, lively, beautifully, and with an understanding of how viral vertical content works.
What you will need to do: Shoot content on a phone Help the blogger move, speak, and behave correctly on camera Set up lighting, angles, shots, and composition Replicate ready references at a high level Suggest how to improve the idea, hook, presentation, or visuals Help make the content more lively, engaging, and native In 1-2 shooting days, shoot a large volume of content for a month ahead
Who we are looking for:
We need a person who understands vertical content, Instagram Reels / TikTok, trends, hooks, shot dynamics, lighting, and visual presentation well.
It is important that you are active, energetic, communicative, and can confidently direct the person on camera: how to stand, where to look, how to move, how to speak, how to make the shot more lively and interesting.
You do not need to be a professional videographer with expensive equipment. What matters more to us is taste, visual experience, understanding of social media, the ability to shoot on a phone, and a sense of what content can resonate well.
