Create a 3D model (STL) of the transmitter housing for DJI Mavic 3
We need to create a 3D model of the enclosure (STL for printing), which is mounted on top of the DJI Mavic 3 and houses the video relay and radio communication modules.
Components to be placed inside the enclosure:
Skyzone SteadyView X (with screen) — 65 × 32 × 32 mm
Happymodel ES900TX — 55 × 39 × 11 mm
TBS Crossfire Nano RX — 18 × 11 × 5 mm
VTX 1.2 GHz (Flywoo or similar) — 35 × 35 × 10 mm
Li-Ion 2S Battery (2 × 18650) — approximately 65 × 40 × 20 mm
Model requirements:
The enclosure is mounted on top of DJI Mavic 3
It is necessary to implement:
Version powered by built-in 2S battery
Window/opening for the SteadyView X module screen
Ventilation holes
Outputs for 3 SMA antennas:
Front (front of the enclosure) — for 5.8 GHz patch antenna
Rear part — for 1.2 GHz antenna
Top or side part — for 868/915 MHz antenna (ES900TX)
Removable cover option (screws or latches)
Consider heat dissipation for modules: SteadyView and VTX should have adequate ventilation
