Create a marketplace on WordPress
A marketplace announcement board for real estate needs to be created.
The platform is single-language with potential expansion in the future.
There are 3 roles on the platform - Admin, Seller, Buyer.
Administrator can see the number of registered users and their contact information
Name
Location area
Phone N
The administrator can see the list of announcements (filter by active and closed, by area, by price range, by the number of places for service at the same time)
The administrator can see paid announcements and users who purchased them.
The administrator can block users.
All announcements go to the administrator for verification before publication.
The administrator receives a daily email about newly created announcements waiting for verification.
Seller can register on the site;
fill out a form with contact details (email, create a password, First Name, Last Name, Selected establishment, phone number)
confirm account creation via the link in the email (optional)
The seller can log into the created account using email and password.
The seller can create a new password if they forgot it.
The seller can see their profile page with all information and a list of active announcements

The seller can create a new announcement
- upload 1 photo of their location
- specify the title of the announcement
- provide a short description of their location
- select the area where their location is located
- specify the full address of their location
- enter the price
- specify the number of places in their location
The seller can edit created announcements
The seller can see the list of all announcements they created and change their status (active/inactive) - show them in the list of all practices or hide them.
The seller can see the list of all announcements on the platform
The seller can receive email notifications that someone purchased their announcement.
Buyer:
The buyer can register on the site;
fill out a form with contact details (First Name, Last Name, area, email, phone number)
confirm account creation via the link in the email (optional)
The buyer can log into the created account using email and password.
The buyer can create a new password if they forgot it.
The buyer can see the profile page with all their information and edit contact details
The buyer can see the page with active announcements
Filter announcements by: Location area, Price range, Number of places for patients
view the card of each announcement with the practice name, 1 photo, short description
they can purchase this announcement and see the seller's contact information and its exact location
can subscribe to email notifications about new announcements (by location)
The buyer can fill out payment information

The buyer can view the list of their past purchases
The buyer can receive email notifications about new announcements from a specific location
To purchase an announcement, the user must log in
