Ні, просто хочемо спростити всім життя.

Так ви не спростили. Дивіться:
1. Ви відсіяли всіх хороших спеціалістів які не будуть робити комусь мудборд. Дизайнеру вигідно взяти замовлення де він все зробить від початку і до кінця.
А новачок вам взагалі нічого хорошого не зробить.
2. Мудборд дуже суб'єктивна штука. Я наприклад не завжди ним користуюся, або він такий що ніхто не зрозуміє для чого він і для яких ідей. Тобто по мудборду складно сказати що буде далі.
3. Щоб отримати хороший результат обираєте дизайнера з хорошим портфоліо і заповнюєте технічне завдання. Від заповнення ТЗ вже залежить яким буде результат.
4. Випускники курсів це взагалі не показник. Можна мати хоч купу дипломів, але важливі навички і досвід.
5. Про невдалий досвід з іншими дизайнерами це теж ніхто не любить вислуховувати, тому ви ще відсіяли відсоток бажаючих.
Тому моя порада вам опублікувати проєкт з інформацією без цих вимог, що ви хочете отримати і обирайте собі виконавця.
