Technical task and structure of the presentation:
Speakers provide to co-organizers, co-organizers – to the coordinator
1. Language of the presentation – Ukrainian.
2. Number of slides in the presentation - up to 20 slides (optimally 16 frames).
3. Slide format: Widescreen 16:9
4. File format: Power Point and Adobe PDF (you provide to the organizers in two formats).
5. The structure of the presentation should include the following sections (depending on the tasks):
Project title. Project goal. Project tasks. Social significance of the project. Project content. Expected results. Contact details for working on the project.
6. Do not overload the presentation with text! In almost all presentations, except for reporting and analytical ones, it is better to break bulky information into several blocks or even slides. Do not place all information on one slide. Give the audience a chance to absorb the main information from the title and key phrase on the slide.
7. The last slide of the presentation must contain contact details for collaboration.
