1) Which platform is a priority — WordPress or are you considering a static site? Both options are suitable for such a premium design, but this affects the price.
2) For the Request Estimate form — where do the requests go: to email or is CRM integration needed?

For LUMO, I recommend Next.js - SSR will provide fast loading in the USA (important for SEO and first impressions), and animations through Framer Motion will look expensive without the weight. I launched a similar project for an interior design studio in Kyiv last fall: 7 pages, a custom project gallery, a form with validation. The client noted that 40% of applications came from mobile.

Are you planning to integrate the application form with a CRM (for example, HubSpot or just email notifications)? This will affect the backend architecture. I will stay in touch after the launch for minor adjustments.
