1. The cheaper option uses OpenAi API chat gpt. But it can be customized to suit your needs, set prompts, speech styles, and so on, meaning it can communicate in a medical speech style and provide useful advice. It can be quite well customized to your needs.
2. The more expensive option involves creating our own AI, giving it NLP so that it understands speech. We train it on a knowledge base about diabetes. We also train it in speech style. For this, we use ML (Machine Learning).
We will create the bot using Python Aiogram, which is the best option. And we will host it on a server.
If it's the cheaper option, I can do it for 5000 UAH in up to 5 days; I think I can manage it in 3 days, but I'm allowing some extra time.
