Develop a design concept for one apartment (~45 m²) considering the ceiling height of 4.2 m.
Expectations:
Consider an option with a second level (sleeping area / wardrobe / work zone).
Style – modern, investment-attractive (minimalism / modern loft / light modern).
Rational zoning:
kitchen-living room
bathroom
sleeping area (possibly on the 2nd level)
Think through the stairs (compact, safe).
Maximally functional use of height.
Result:
3–5 angles

2️⃣ Render of the office after combining 2 premises
Task:
Show the concept of the office after combining two apartments (~90 m²).
