Project Description:I am looking for an experienced freelancer or "Low-code" developer to create a business application in the Microsoft 365 environment. The goal of the project is to automate data retrieval from Excel files and create an interactive tool for their analysis.
Scope of Work:
Integration: Connecting the application to the Excel file (located, for example, on SharePoint/OneDrive) as the data source.
Interface: Creating a clear interface (preferably in Power Apps) that allows the user to browse the data.
Logic: Implementing filtering and data comparison functions (e.g., comparing month-to-month results or plan vs actual, year-over-year in specific selected points (apartments)).
Visualization: Generating charts and dashboards (within the application or embedding a Power BI report) presenting results based on selected filters.
