Support Manager for E-Commerce Brands with English Language Knowledge
We are looking for Support Manager to work with our e-commerce brands on the Shopify and Etsy platforms with English knowledge.
The key obligations:
- Daily response to customer messages, providing quality and operational service.
Organizing and managing the return process of products, including interaction with logistics services and customers.
Working with denials and reversal links
- Structuration of a fitback by type of problem, so that it is timely to solve any difficulties
Necessary Skills:
English language at upper intermediate level
Experience in customer service or e-commerce.
Be able to react quickly to changes and be organized.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.
Conditions of Work:
Work is remote.
