Is the use of Sass and Webpack a compulsory requirement? Or can I use SCSS and Gulp while working?

Ставку делать не буду, т.к без отзыва = пролечу, но все же напишу свои мысли) Вот те кто пишут за 5 дней вы как это делать собираетесь? Там 25+ страниц по макету, да есть повторяющееся элементы НО, адаптив до 320рх это все х2, зимние элементы, переключение темной и светлой темы, именования согласно заданию, зеленая линия по гуглу + правки 100% будут.. По моим оценкам верстка тут неделя, адаптив дня 2-3, ну и еще пару дней на оптимизацию и правку ошибок, а ну и еще 1 день уйдет на разбор макета и подготовку проекта к самой верстке)
