We need a person who can work not just with text and images, but with the vibe: anime, memes, pop culture, gaming, military aesthetics, internet culture, collectibility, and a bit of controlled chaos. What you will need to do during the first project: design posts, carousels, stories, and other SMM materials according to the brief; adapt designs for the launch of collections, new items, meme situations, promotions, and news; create email newsletter designs: announcements, selections, collection launches, promotions; occasionally assist with advertising creatives, banners, or simple printed materials. What is important to us: a portfolio with modern digital works, not just corporate banners; a sense of composition, typography, and the ability to create designs that people want to explore; understanding of anime, memes, gamer and street culture will be a big plus; the ability to quickly assemble quality visuals for specific tasks, rather than spending a week searching for the perfect gradient; confident use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools; an adequate attitude towards revisions, deadlines, and working according to the brief. The collaboration should be presented in the format of a sticker pack that can be used as festival merchandise and as a collectible element of the "Country Passport".The final set should look modern, recognizable, not cliché, and not too childish. These should be stickers that people will actually want to stick on their phone, laptop, notebook, suitcase, helmet, car, motorcycle, or gas tank.Key IdeaThis is not just a set of patriotic stickers.
