Нам нужно сделать копии этих страниц (или просто поменять верстку, при определенных параметрах в урле, но тогда нужно подставлять этот параметр во внутренние ссылки).

Мы видели эти страницы в таком же дизайне как и сайт, с которого мы перешли, чтобы было ощущение что мы на том же сайте. При этом оригиналы на profmedforum.ru должны остаться как сейчас.
Меню в идеале брать с сайта gastro (откуда переходим, например через iframe), но если это проблематично - то скорее всего от него откажемся (от меню)

Здравствуйте. Почему бы не использовать http_referer? Перешли на сайт с необходимого для отслеживания нам сайта - записали в куки на часик-два-день, что нужно использовать такой-то такой-то шаблон.
