To connect the Bluetooth sensor, I used the flutter_blue_plus plugin.
The application runs a service that receives data from the sensor (accelerometer and gyroscope readings) and does not allow the application to be closed when it is not active.
I started the Android service through the platform channel, using MethodChannel.
The code for the application that starts the service is written in Kotlin. Flexible notification settings were important for my project, so I did not use third-party plugins.
