I think overall the website looks good, the code structure is quite nice.
However, I would like to suggest a few adjustments:
Elements with the class account should, in my opinion, have a burger menu behavior: by default, display only the current language, and when clicked — open a list of available languages. This can be implemented even without JavaScript, using CSS.
The phone number and e-mail should preferably be moved to the footer, as this is a more logical and familiar place for contact information.
Accordingly, it will require a slight change in the structure of the header and footer.
I would also like to note that the cost for this work, in my opinion, is somewhat inflated. Such a volume of work can easily be completed in 3–5 days and for a price of around $50.
