• Works for results, not on the principle of "launched and forgot".
Criteria for evaluating success:

• Reduction in lead cost (CPL) and application cost (CPA).
• Full integration of CRM: customer segmentation, retargeting, repeat sales.
• Monthly growth in sales and profit.
• Motivation system: fixed payment + % of sales growth for meeting the plan.
