Targetologist / Performance Marketer + CRM

What needs to be done and for what purposes the work will be used:

    •    Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Instagram (Meta Ads).

    •    Gradual transition to work through CRM for order accounting, analytics, and repeat sales.

    •    Setting up the connection: advertising → Instagram → CRM → sales.

    •    Developing a scaling strategy: tests, hypotheses, new approaches for business growth.

Who the product is targeted at:

    •    Women aged 20–44, Ukraine.

    •    Interested in fashion, quality clothing, and stylish looks.

    •    Shop online, particularly through Instagram.

👉 The product is premium-quality women's clothing (Ukrainian and Italian tailoring).

Current metrics:

    •    Today, the sales level is 1,000 units per month.

    •    Our goal is to ensure stable growth.

Who we are looking for:

    •    An experienced targetologist with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce / fashion / retail.

    •    A specialist who has already turned online stores profitable and can confirm results with case studies.

    •    A person who knows how to work with Meta Ads, analytics, funnels, and CRM.

    •    Someone who understands not only advertising but also business economics (LTV, CAC, ROI).

    •    Works for results, not on the principle of "launched and forgot".

Criteria for evaluating success:

    •    Increase in the number of orders through Instagram (over the current 1,000 pcs./month).

    •    Reduction in lead cost (CPL) and application cost (CPA).

    •    Full integration of CRM: customer segmentation, retargeting, repeat sales.

    •    Monthly growth in sales and profit.

    •    Motivation system: fixed payment + % of sales growth for meeting the plan.
