Shopping Cart Elite is a full e-commerce solution that offers tools and features to help businesses create and run their online stores.

Now We are looking for TECH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT.

Training during the first two weeks is provided.

Working conditions:

• Working in the remote full-time. The company operates in the US market, so its a good opportunity to work and receive a lot of experience with American people.
• The growth is possible inside of tech department (manual QA) and outside in another departments as well.

Requirements:

• Level of English intermediate or higher (both oral and written)
• Work experience 1 year or more
• Sharp logical mind
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Quick learning and willing to perceive new information

Responsibilities:

• Helping clients to figure out their issues if they have any difficulties while using our software (training provided)
• Assisting customers with setting up online stores using Shopping Cart Elite platform (training provided)
• Making calls to clients in order to clarify or explain the situation
• Troubleshooting technical issues (QA duties)
• Walking clients through the system on requests
• Marketplaces support: eBay, Amazon, Jet, Walmart, Etsy (training provided)

Optional Requirements:

• Technical education or background
• Customer Care / Tech Support / Manual QA experience
• Knowledge of SMTP, IMAP, POP3 protocols
• Basic understanding of client/server application principles
• Basic understanding of databases
• Understanding of e-commerce business
• Work experience in international environment/IT company.
