11 USDПриветствую. Имеется бот автопродаж написанный на php. Управление ботом идёт через админку на сайте. Теперь ближе к сути. Нужно сделать чтобы в боте была кнопка «Тех. Поддержка», при нажатии на кнопку человеку выводилось сообщение «Оставьте свой вопрос, Вам скоро ответят» и чтобы эти сообщения отсылались на личную страницу телеграмм. С которой можно будет отвечать пользователем и ответ будет выводиться в самом боте, и клиент не будет видеть кто написал, то есть ответы будут приходить как от самого бота. Сделать нужно именно в имеющемся боте, не в отдельном.
