Technical partner / Integrator (Notion + Make.com) for business projects
22 USD I am looking for a systems technical specialist (integrator) who will become my reliable partner for working on client projects.
I am a business mentor. I help small business owners move away from operations, designing process architecture and dashboards for them. I need a person who will technically implement this architecture at the highest level.
What you will need to do (regular tasks):
Notion: Assembling complex workspaces (CRM, task trackers, knowledge bases) based on my prototypes. Working with Relation, Rollup, Formulas 2.0.
Zapier/n8n/Make.com (Integromat): Creating automations. Setting up connections between Notion, Telegram bots, Google Calendar, CRM systems (KeyCRM, Zoho, etc.), payment systems.
Telegram bots: Creating bots for onboarding clients or collecting data and transferring it to Notion via Zapier/n8n/Make.
Requirements for you:
You do not "just know how to open Notion", you understand what database architecture is.
You have real practical experience working with Zapier/n8n/Make (you understand how to work with APIs, webhooks, error handling).
Responsibility and adherence to deadlines (if you said "it will be on Wednesday", it means it will be on Wednesday).
Collaboration conditions:
Format: project work / part-time.
Payment: for each completed project or closed task (we will agree individually before starting each task). I am interested in long-term collaboration and will recommend you to my clients (with a fee above market) after our first test work.
